Free Intro to Gyrokinesis Class at the JCC
Kinespirit has set up some fabulous free workshop classes to help you get the most from a Gyrokinesis workout. Gyrokinesis workouts can easily be performed at home, the office, or traveling. What's better than that! Great for the absolute beginner, the Gyrotonic enthusiast, or the advanced Gyrokinesis student - these free classes will take your workouts to the next level.
