Serena Edwards
Serena received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance while in the San Francisco/Bay Area. Originally, she began to experiment with the Gryotonic Method to improve her dancing. It wasn’t long before she realized how wonderful Gyrotonic made her body feel and how it gave her freedom in her movement. She was hooked! She thinks the human body is magical and fascinating - an interest, which fuels her passion to help others find more freedom and pleasure in their own movement. In addition to teaching and studying Gyrotonic, Serena is a professional modern dancer and in the process of getting certified in the Klein Technique. When she’s not teaching or moving, Serena enjoys painting and learning French . . . slowly, but surely.
