Class Descriptions
Open Gyrotonic Tower (equipment) : $30/class
This is a group equipment class taught on the Gyrotonic tower - the truly unique weight and pulley-based apparatus that is at the center of Gyrotonic exercise. This class guides you through a series of circular and fluid resistance-based exercises that work your entire body through muscular, skeletal, and cardiovascular stimulation. It will be an invigorating workout that you can’t wait to do again! Open level classes are generally for approved beginners, however the teacher has the discretion to meet the skill level of participants. Familiarity with Gyrotonic equipment and teacher permission required.

Open Gyrokinesis (mat) : $20/class
Gyrokinesis upholds the same principles of Gyrotonic, but does so without the use of equipment. This mat class moves through a series of fluid exercises that mobilize the spine and then works the whole body from the inside out, building strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, this class will stimulate the body leaving you energized and relaxed. Open level classes are generally for beginners, however the teacher has the discretion to meet the skill level of participants.

Intermediate Gyrokinesis (mat) : $20/class
Ready to deepen the benefits of Gyrokinesis for your body? Then try this more challenging 90 minute intermediate mat class. This class will amp up your endurance, strength and flexibility with more advanced fluid and rhythmical movements that build on your Gyrokinesis experience, taking your practice - and your wellness - to the next level.

Open Pilates Mat (mat) : $20/class
Based on traditional Pilates exercises this mat class will assist and challenge you to long, lean, and flexible muscles. This class is suitable for the beginner student as well as experienced student wishing to deepen their understanding of Pilates. Open level classes are generally for beginners, however the teacher has the discretion to meet the skill level of participants.

MELT (mat) : $20/class
Taught by Hallee Altman, this class uses a foam roller and specialized balls to allow you to learn the principles and feel the
benefits of the MELT Method. Reconnect to the nervous system and heighten mind-body connection. Rebalance your breath to reduce pain while maintaining optimal organ function and spinal stability. Rehydrate connective tissue and eliminate dehydration that causes body pain, joint ache, toxicity, poor posture, wrinkles, cellulite, muscle misuse, and stress. Open Pilates Reformer (equipment) : $30/class
This group class utilizes the Pilates Reformer, a specially designed spring resistance-based apparatus that helps you develop a strong and supple core. You will be challenged to connect to and work from that core in fun, engaging full body workout that improves posture flexibility, strength and balance. Open level classes are generally for approved beginners, however the teacher has the discretion to meet the skill level of participants. Familiarity with Pilates equipment and teacher permission required.

Open Yoga (mat) : $20/class
Our open level yoga classes help you develop greater breath awareness and fluid mobility in a well-rounded sequence designed to lengthen muscles that are tight while strengthening muscles that are weak. Pose modifications and variations are offered to make the class safe and enjoyable for all levels. You will develop mind-body awareness that you can use throughout your day and leave each class feeling balanced and revitalized!

Gentle Yoga (mat) : $20/class
The gentle class incorporates the same focus on developing breath awareness and balancing strength and mobility in the body as in the open level class, while moving through at a slower pace and with greater emphasis on the fundamental components of each posture. Perfect for students who are brand new to yoga, returning from injury, or just want to practice.
