  • We recommend starting with our introductory package: at three 55-minute private sessions for $250, it’s an excellent value! By doing three sessions, you will get a chance to not only become familiar with a new form of exercise, but to see how your body responds in between sessions as well. If you’d like, you can also use your intro package to try a session or two of both Pilates and GYROTONIC®. When you’re ready to get started, just contact us to set up your first session!

  • There are all kinds of variables that can help determine which form of exercise would be best for you–it might even be a combination of both! You can take a look at our breakdown of the similarities and differences here. We’re also happy to talk with you about your goals and preferences in order to help steer you down a path that works for you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with your specific questions.

  • Absolutely! Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned veteran, we invite all new clients to take advantage of this great deal.

  • Please arrive about five minutes early for your first session. This will allow you time to change, get a drink of water, and get to know the studio. You do not need to bring mats or props; we have everything you’ll need. Our expert teachers will guide you through a fun 55-minute workout and you will leave invigorated.

  • Wear clothing that you are comfortable moving and generating some heat in (similar to what you’d wear to a yoga class). We ask that all clients wear socks, but no shoes are required.
